When I hired James Sterner to DJ my wedding reception, I did not know what a treat I was in for. He did an amazing job! Everyone was having fun and even dancing. He really knew how to play to the people. The reception was only for 4 hours, but everyone wanted him to stay longer.....and he did. He was so professional in the way he handled everything. Best DJ ever he plaied all the music we asked for and had everyones request.The floor was full all the time.He was ablet o help with some of the dances also.Just can't say enought.THANK YOU

Hired on Thumbtack

I needed a DJ, when all the extras they offer weren't needed, they would not communicate with me WHAT SO EVER. Never sent contract to finalize deal. Would not return messages sent on thumbtack or by text. Best of luck to them but but can't give a good feed back.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It is not complicated. We have wedding packages and event packages. The cost depends upon what the customer wants and needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I go to the ADJ seminars regularly and have a study course that comes monthly on new ideas in DJing.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I grew up in a musical home. It is in my blood and DNA.
