I called to inquire about a sewer scope as our home is reaching the 1-year warranty period this month. Ryan advised that since the house is 1 year old and we weren't having any issues, there was no reason to have the service performed. He also made a suggestion to help keep the sewer line clear since we don't live there full time, which I appreciated. If I have a plumbing or electrical issue going forward, I will definitely contact Ryan.
