Introduction: I've practiced yoga since I was 7 years old. My classes are great for beginners as well as more experienced students. My students are always very relaxed by the end of class. I love sharing yoga with others. Yoga is not just something we practice on the mat, but instead provides tools for us to use in life especially during the difficult times.
