- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't believe in discounts. Prices should be at their lowest already. Charges are based on work preformed, should it take 2 min or 2 hours the cost for the service is the same.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I greet the customer, then we go into the details about their problems I will be asking a fair number of questions to find the root cause of the issue. Then I will take the steps to get the issue resolved. Sometimes during this process the customer will ask if I can preform other services for them, I will give a quote on the spot for that service and if the customer agrees it will be preformed.

I have over 10 years hands on experience, as well as a current compTia A+ certification.
