Denise booked an amazing, extremely short notice trip to Riviera Maya for me and my husband! She handled everything: air fare, lodging at a great resort, personal driver, booked excursions, also periodically checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly, and on top of all that, she got us an AMAZING deal. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I provide a free consultation with prospective clients. All prices are based on current incentives and special pricing we are able to get from our relationship with suppliers and resorts.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step 1 - You schedule your complimentary planning session (this will last approximately 45 minutes).
Step 2 - When you hire us to plan your trip, we will send you a proposal tailored to your wants and needs.
Step 3 - We schedule a follow-up session to go over the proposal and you decide what you would like to do.
Step 4 - We make all of your travel arrangements
Step 5 - You make your deposit
Step 6 - You relax and know that your travel is in the hands of an experienced travel professional who will answer all of your questions and keep you updated on any issues and the resolution to solve them if necessary.
Step 7 - Leave on your trip knowing that you have someone in your corner.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken multiple resort and country sponsored trainings and know the products that I recommend personally. I have traveled extensively throughout Mexico and the Caribbean and visited many of the resorts that I send clients to.
I am a Certified Destination Wedding Specialist, Sandals Specialist, Virgin Voyages Specialist and have my certificate as an ethical travel agent and taken brand specific courses to be familiar and knowledgeable about the resorts, hotels, cruise lines and countries that I send my clients to.
