- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Phase 1: Vision Casting (≈1-2 hrs) – Listen and understand goals, walk the property, review mission statement, outline schedule, align budget, and set workshop agenda. Phase 2: Collaborative Workshop (≈3-4 hrs) – Deep-dive budget exercise, space-use programming, existing property evaluation, building & site surveys, detailed schedule overview, and kickoff of schematic design with a preliminary budget. Phase 3: Pre-construction Agreement – BIM coordination, value engineering, and permitting strategy (2-4 weeks). Phase 4: Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) – Final scope, schedule, safety plan, and subcontractor roster (≈1 week). Phase 5: Build & Close-out – Weekly progress meetings, cloud-based photo reports, and a final turnover package with warranties and as-builts.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our leadership team holds unrestricted General Contractor licenses in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia, plus LEED AP and OSHA 30 certifications. Project managers average 15 years of commercial experience and complete annual training in BIM, tilt-wall construction, and adaptive-reuse code compliance. Superintendents maintain First Aid/CPR, lift-equipment, and confined-space certifications to keep every site walk, workshop, and job-site visit safe and compliant.
