- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am very competitive with my pricing because I get the lowest prices from my suppliers because of the volume of work that we do. Therefore we pass that savings to you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the initial message we set up a meeting or I can do a ride by if the job is simple. Then I usually get a quote sent via email 24 hours after the meeting.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have took many irrigation, landscape, lighting and pesticide/grass courses.
