We strive to provide cost effective pricing options for our clients while maintaining a standard of excellence. We may not be the cheapest but we deliver an +A experience and results every time. Your absolute satisfaction is our commitment to you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We believe in the power of great first impressions so, we prefer to meet new customers in person and look at the size and scope of their project. We assess the customer's needs and provide them with a free no obligation estimate. Should the customer choose to proceed we will lay out a plan and timeline for project completion. We always make ourselves available to our clients to provide any clarification, insight, or suggestions as needed. Communication is key.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Since a child my father was a contractor and my mother was a member of the community that offered housing to low income families. I often spent days after school and summers helping them do renovations on properties to meet the strict city code and housing guidelines. I have since developed a love and joy for renovation and worked under several contractors for years honing my craft and gaining proficiency.
