Furniture Moving and Heavy Lifting
You guys are amazing!! They came to my rescue when my planned movers got covid with a days notice. They loaded the moving truck, in the rain, in less than 30 min. I would highly recommend their services!

I inquired late in the evening around 6pm so I very flexible with the time. He offered same day at 8pm. I advised that would be great if it’s not too late or Monday. He stated he was booked for Monday, so 8 was fine. He text stated it would be 8:15. That was fine, it was late. He showed up about 8:30. Still fine being I inquired around 6pm that day. The guy, not sure of his name b/c he never introduced himself, never said hello, just got out of his truck and lowered the gate. Very rude. I was shocked b/c it was just ONE person, just him. With the number of items in our garage it would have taken him at least 2 hours by himself; therefore my son, husband and myself helped him. It took maybe 40 minutes with all of us helping. Towards the end, while my family were still removing items, sweeping and finishing up, the guy was just standing there. Kind of awkward but as a mom, not a customer, I was thinking he’s very young, it’s late, he’s probably tired and he’s by himself. The job was complete with the help of all four of us! We paid full fees without complaints but I think more than one person is needed and more people skills are required when offering this type of service. I get that it’s about getting the job done but he was borderline rude.
Jan 17, 2021VerifiedOne Call I Do It All's replyNo one in her family was following CDC guidelines as none of them had a mask on, she said itd take 2 hours to load half a trailer of trash which is kinda funny because ive unloaded 10 yards of mulch from this trailer by hand in 2 hours so I definitely know putting cardboard and bikes wouldnt take but 20 mins solo. During a covid pandemic with cases only worsening i only bring a guy or guys if needed not to mention i drove an hour and 50 mins to get there so definitely wouldnt bring a guy for such light items. The only reason it took a while is because her and her husband had to sort thru that pile. She told me only the spreader and mower stayed but everytime i kept picking items up they told me it stayed. I was standing awkwardly at the end because she was sweeping a spot up and her husband was sorting thru a few wood planks to keep or get rid of for their fence i was of no help at that point. She thought i was tired from working all day but yet it was my day off so i would’ve been wide open if i couldve. She also thrown in a few additional items (some of the wood planks i mentioned) that wasn’t in the pictures which is rude to just load additional items up without even asking. Then she thought it was okay that only i wore a mask that they didnt need one, but from what the CDC says thats not true so she needs to read up a little bit. I did not introduce myself as i wanted to get out there quicker since it was 40 degrees out and if anyone had covid i wouldve been at risk, not worth potentially catching covid over $55. Thought my name would show up on the app as i could see her name and my profile encases all the work i do and even have a bio describing the company. Pulled up in the company truck and trailer and gave her a card when she left, i dont believe this app tells you everything about someone except for their name but i could be wrong this would be the first app like that though. They even put something in the trailer at one point that had to come back out because of their lack of communication with themselves. She said the garage would already be open already explained what shouldve stayed in the pile and said the cars would be out of the way so i didnt even expect them to be out there. However i was late and that was my fault completely she contacted me at 6 pm and i expected to have done what i needed to and be up there by 8 but miscalculated by half an hour had to get gas and tank my trash off to the recycling center before they closed at 7 and had to load my big trailer, it happens and for that im sorry but thats all im sorry for i was in the right on everything else, and please Denise if your reading this next time do your part and wear a mask, stop being irresponsible. Thanks, yours truly.

Shrub Trimming and Removal
Company immediately responded and asked if they could come by for an accurate quote. Came by quickly and then a few days later was ready to complete the project. We didn’t really have a set time for the company to come out but he did let me know he was coming. Project was completed in a timely manner and looks great. Price did increase from quote to the day of over $100. Overall good quality work.

FAQs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Have worked for a few landscape companies and on a construction site for half a year so definitely know what I’m doing.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?Started out with a beat up pickup truck and a pushmower mowing yards by myself; now I still roll solo on some small jobs but I have 2-4 other people that work for me when needed and have alot more equipment than I did 2 years ago.
