- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have trained professionals on staff to assist you with your Free In-Store Appointment to consult with you about your project and help you make product selections. Your selections along with pictures you provide and the general size of your space allows our design team to give you some ballpark cost ranges for your project at your In-Store Appointment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We charge a fee of $250 for the In-Home Appointment where we gather all of the exact measurements and pertinent information to create a 3-D Panoramic View of your new space and to generate an exact quote for the cost of Labor, Materials, and Sales Tax which we will share with you at your In-Store Review. This $250 fee goes towards your purchase price once you decide to move forward with us on doing your project. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
30 years experience as a licensed Residential Builder, specializing in kitchen and bath remodeling. 15 years experience in wholesale/retail cabinetry. We offer DeWese Signature Kitchen and Bath Designs utilizing 2020 Software with 3D Renderings. Attended Wellborn Academy and received a certificate as a Wellborn Cabinetry Trained Dealer.
