Tiang was responsive in the app. I encountered an issue, while trying to formally book my appointment via her website, and she help to remedy that as well. My appointment was at 9am for 1.5 hours to accommodate a 12-noon photoshoot. I arrived at her home studio at 9:05am. Upon my arrival, I was informed that she was finishing an online consultation. At 9:25am I was alerted to enter the studio. The makeup application did not begin until 9:45am. At 10:30, she provided an update that the services would conclude in approximately 10 minutes. However, the services were not finished until 11:10. The most impactful part of our interactions was starting late. Having the service period extend well beyond 10:30 ended up causing me to run late and experience unnecessary stress. The makeup itself was a little heavy for my liking, however the look photographed fine, so I have no issues with the final product.
