Hopkin provided the best carper cleaning service I have ever experienced. Mr. Hopkins was able to remove soil from high traffic areas that other carpet cleaners had not. He additionally was able to remove all stains (including furniture stain) from my carpets. Mr. Hopkins responded to my request within 10 minutes of my leaving a message, and was able to immediately schedule an appointment and give an estimate from the pictures I provided. Unlike other carpet cleaning services, Hopkins estimated the job by space, not by rooms - so no splitting hairs over small areas of closets and partially carpeted bathroom floors. I felt he gave me a very fair price - and less than estimates from other providers. Mr. Hopkins was punctual, friendly, quick, efficient, and capable. I would highly recommend his service. Regarding Thumbtack, I appreciate that Hopkins cleaning for last 3 1/2 years and I could see check reviews for comparable jobs. Thank you Thumbtack!
