- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started out just twisting balloons as a hobby. As I improved, people started wanting to hire me for birthday parties and corporate events. I invested in the company by mastering new skills.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
More than half of our jobs are birthday parties. And the majority of birthday parties hire us to do either balloons or face painting along with a comedy magic show. Since our entertainers are capable of multiple entertainment options, we are able to save parents a lot of money by hiring only one entertainer.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I spend thousands of dollars every year on supplies. I also further my education by attending workshops. I have liability insurance and have done background checks on my employees, including myself and my spouse.
