Introduction: I have working in many realms of information technology for over two decades professionally. And have been working with computers since the age of 9. Took my Canon Pro-100, that was having print head problems, to him for repairs. Charged $175, labor only, for his efforts. I thought this was too high but paid him anyway. When I attempted to print photos, I repeatedly got error code 54 that stated--replace print heads and try again. Called Trayology and he agreed to come look but never showed. I have sent him several emails, texs to no avail. I would not recomend this company to anyone!!! Printer still broken and I'm out $175--not happy in South Carolina

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It really all depends on the project. For example I offer language learning, website design and development, computer and phone repair. So it varies greatly, than if I were more niched I to just one area.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Reading through their quote, and then if it would s within my area of expertise; submitting a request along with any additional questions that may be more informative about the task at hand.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BS in Management Information Systems from the University of Phoenix. Along with several certifications for Mac repair and upgrading, Oracle and Microsoft SQL administration, development, architectural design, optimization and integration.
