Procare responded to my request within minutes to have my whole house rekeyed and headed straight over. The work was very professionally done and completed in around two hours (he came out on a Sunday because he knew it was urgent for me.). Then, he even taught me how to maintain locks for the next tenant. I am very grateful for Procare’s Service and I look forward to having him over for a future project.

Very quickly determined that things were working as they should. Removed crisper drawer to find ice build up. Discussed remedy - which I can do -and we're waiting for the ice to melt. NO PRESSURE to upsale, offered to come back if I wanted him to (I don't think I will need a return visit.) Had an emergency so was a little late - but we had nothing else to do so no problem.
