Ivan remodeled our master bathroom for us. He did a really great job of helping us figure out what we wanted, always giving us options but never anything overwhelming. He also completed the bathroom on the exact timeline he estimated, and made sure that all the details were taken care of. It was great to work with Ivan, and we really love our new bathroom!

Where do we begin…Ivan was extremely helpful in planning our bathroom design, honest, and an expert in his line of work. The quality we received was above and beyond what we could have imagined. After reading reviews and getting several estimates on my bathroom remodel. I went with my gut and hired Svistun Built Corp. Communication with Ivan was spot on. He answered any questions I had and was well prepared before he and his crew arrived exactly the time he told me he would be here. He explained every step. He and his crew did exactly what we had agreed on. His professionalism and respect for the customer is outstanding. My job was small but they never treated it as a small job. It was his priority to do quality work and they did! I am extremely pleased with his work and the pride he takes in details and doing a great job! I have already ask for estimate on another project. I also want to add, as a female I felt completely comfortable with these respectful men.

Ivan was amazing start to finish! He responded very quickly and came out to do a free estimate when another company I contacted wanted to charge $65 just to give a quote. His price was very reasonable and he was able to fit us in his schedule within a week, which we really appreciated. He took out this handicap walk in tub that came with our new home & we had no use for, and replaced it with this tub/shower. He went to Lowes and took lots of pictures for me to choose what I wanted, which was very convenient since i have a 3 month old baby. Now we can give our son baths! I'm very happy with the work and how nice & professional Ivan and his crew all were. Highly recommend them to anyone.
