Ivan and the team did a great job with our bathroom. They arrived each morning timely and when they said they would and they cleaned up each night when they were finished. They laid down plastic and builders paper in the hallways and working areas, taped off the closets, and hung plastic to protect our master bedroom from debris. They treated our home like their own! Ivan was very helpful and shared insights as we were picking out the colors, tile and fixtures. The team was also very flexible with our schedule and requests, accommodating a few changes throughout the remodel.

After having a bad experience with another contractor, I contacted Svistun Built and several other contractors. The owner Ivan took on the project and everything was uphill from there. This man and his crew are the contractors that homeowners dream of having. Everything that he promised, he delivered. I have been living in Charlotte for 17 plus years, and this crew is the best that i have used, hands down. My bathroom renovation was far beyond my imagination. I cannot say enough kind things about working with Ivan and his team. He was professional, responsive, and the pricing was very fair!
