Ivan and the team did a great job with our bathroom. They arrived each morning timely and when they said they would and they cleaned up each night when they were finished. They laid down plastic and builders paper in the hallways and working areas, taped off the closets, and hung plastic to protect our master bedroom from debris. They treated our home like their own! Ivan was very helpful and shared insights as we were picking out the colors, tile and fixtures. The team was also very flexible with our schedule and requests, accommodating a few changes throughout the remodel.

I connected with Svistan Built Group through Thumbtack and was immediately impressed by their professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail during the quoting process. My primary pain point was that my shower and garden tub space felt extremely cramped, and we wanted to find a way to make better use of the overall space. They were able to completely redesign the space and maximize the shower area in a way I honestly didn’t think was possible. I am absolutely thrilled with the outcome! The results are even more impressive in person—the shower space is much more useful, and the finished design looks incredibly high-end. We couldn’t be happier with the quality of the work. Svistan Built Group did an amazing job, and I would highly recommend them to anyone considering a bathroom remodel!

After having a bad experience with another contractor, I contacted Svistun Built and several other contractors. The owner Ivan took on the project and everything was uphill from there. This man and his crew are the contractors that homeowners dream of having. Everything that he promised, he delivered. I have been living in Charlotte for 17 plus years, and this crew is the best that i have used, hands down. My bathroom renovation was far beyond my imagination. My upcoming projects will done by Svistum Built Corp.

I cannot say enough kind things about working with Ivan and his team. He was professional, responsive, and the pricing was very fair! His team also worked quickly and they were finished way ahead of schedule. I hated cooking in my kitchen until he updated my countertops and other fixtures. I will be recommending him to others and plan to hire him for my bathroom and other spaces!
