As a contracting company, I am constantly on the lookout for motivated, qualified and responsible contractors to add to my team. This can be a very dicey proposition as it is my reputation that I put on the line when I choose provide work to other contracting companies. Unique siding was referred to me by one of my major supply vendors as somebody that I could trust, did quality work and was capable of handling some substantially large jobs. I have to say that nothing in life goes exactly as planned or 100% smoothly but these guys come pretty close. The quality of the work notwithstanding, there is not a price tag you can put on peace of mind knowing that the job you worked so hard to get is in capable hands and being represented well! A four-star rating, in my experience, has only been achieved by couple of other companies I have worked with. Five stars is unrealistic in my line of work, four stars is top-notch and believable when 85% of the contractors I've done checks on would have a hard time crawling above a two or three! They never set foot on one of my projects whereas unique gained and has been for a wile. A unique circumstance if you will!

When I moved into my new house I had a bunch of projects that needed work and Unique took care of everything. New siding, new doors installed and trimmed, built a few walls among other things. He takes pride in his work and will make sure it's just what it you want. Great prices, great work. I will be calling Unique for all my future home improvement needs!

Nick and his team did a great job on our roof rip and new roof installation. They were very professional, and did a great job cleaning up all of the debris. At the end of each day they made sure the roof was protected in the event it would rain. Overall very pleased with the new roof. I would use Nick again in the future for additional projects.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are not going to be the cheapest or the highest. When I price a job I price them to what the job should actually cost not how much I can make on a customer.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would set a time convenient to them talk about what the work and go over what I can do to make that happen.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to college for business management and soon after I started my own business in 2003. Before college I worked every summer working on houses from building them to inside trim.
