- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We can be flexible and work with you to best suit your needs and budget. Please feel free to ask questions, no question is a stupid question.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process involves speaking with all new customers about the job they are looking to be done and their expectations and wishes which we then evaluate and work on the best way to meet the customers needs. Upon scheduling with us we will confirm your appointment when you schedule and the day of or before the appointment. We will include any reminders necessary in our confirmation email, call or text depending on the customers preference. We invoice on the spot when the job is complete via PayPal which you can pay online or directly to us via cash or check. For event planning we offer the option for you to pay the vendors and venue directly and just pay us a flat fee for the planning or you may ask us to sign the contracts and pay vendors which would require a 50% up front payment after the details are agreed upon and the remainder due the week or day of the event. For pets we offer more than pet sitting we also offer pet transportation to and from appointments or locations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I spent years managing cleaning contracts, commercial and residential and studying the needs and various materials and their special care requirements including managing high traffic and special occasions or events. My partner spent years in the retail business exceeding code expectations and developing cleaning schedules and plans with follow through and hands on training. Additionally in my career I have been an Accountant & Office Manager for an extensive number of years and my experiences include event planning for corporate events and staff events as well as parties and planning and coordinating my children's parties and my own wedding. My partner's experience includes catering for corporate and private events as well as coordination and planning. Our pet experience comes from our own love of animals. We are experienced with cats, dogs, rabbits, chickens, ducks, reptiles, sugar gliders, chinchillas, hamsters, guinea pigs, and more. We can also help you find the right pet or animals if you are looking.
