He is responsive to our needs and assisted us within 24-hrs. Mr. Aaron Guy was such a pleasant surprise with Low Coast Plumbing! I received a few reminders of the upcoming appointment, and Aaron arrived promptly on time with his amazing truck of supplies. He put on shoe-covers, assessed the problems & then we discussed his repair plan, camera footage & price. Mr. Guy set about his repairs immediately, steadily & NEATLY!! Aaron came out to our townhouse and installed a new electric hot water heater for me. He showed up on time, was very polite and professional. His work is excellent and I believe he goes above and beyond in order to make sure the job is done right. Aaron does quality work and is a licensed plumber.
