Had a 6" +/- cedar tree stump to remove. Day I called he came out that afternoon to provide a cost estimate - very reasonable. Although he originally said he'd come by the following day or the next, I had to call him back late the second day to ask when he'd come. He was very apologetic and was on site at 8 am the next morning. Only took him about 20 minutes, and he was very through removing big roots as well. Will use them again.
