- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am constantly quite frequently in weekend workshops to become more knowledgable about the human body and get higher certifications for Pilates.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I decided to get into personal training and Pilates because it is what I LOVE. I want to be able to give my all to what I do, and with a profession like this I can because every day I get to HELP people with their FITNESS, and those are the two things I am so driven for.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Most commonly I help my clients lose weight or strengthen a certain part of their body that they struggle with.
