- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always enjoyed cooking. I started cooking at home at the age of 10 yrs old, cooking family dinners and desserts from scratch, from there it was a natural progression to get into the foodservice industry.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look for someone willing to work with your ideas for a successful event instead of pushing their ideas on to you. If they are not willing to put together an event with your ideas, you are most likely not going to be satisfied. Ask for references.
