Introduction: I have a mobile food truck with a full kitchen. We raise our own beef and pork to use for catering. I can do any job, big or small. The most people I have fed at one time is 2,000 people; that was for military appreciation day. Also, I have done lots of concession work for the central states fair, including grandstand.
