Todd was fantastic. He did some electrical work, some painting and even removed an old rug that had been nailed down to some beautiful wooden stairs. He was great to communicate with, and I definitely use his services in the future.

Todd is very professional and he did a great job with my project. I needed a bookcase assembled and shelving installed for my nursery. I also needed a child safe mirror placed on the wall by the changing area. Everything was done perfectly and Todd was kind enough to vacuum and move out the shipment boxes, also. I would recommend him and will request his help with future projects.

Todd did a great job hanging our storm door. It took a little time to get our appointment set up but Todd would respond back to us and let us know what was going on. I had 3 other handymen I contacted but they would always promise to stop out and never would show up or respond. I was frustrated and yet Todd, after being laid up for a week or so, called me back and was wondering if he could get the door done. Thanks Todd

Todd gave us a fair quote and when he found additional issues on the job site, he gave options and opinions about how each thing would work & costs associated with it. He did great work at a fair price and had the work done within an acceptable amount of time based on set expectations.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our basic fee is $75 per hour for handyman services. Construction jobs are generally on a per square foot basis. We give free estimates for these. If the project is big enough to where we might need a second person we will discuss that with you before we would start anything. We take these on a case by case basis.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet a new customer at the place where the work will be performed. This way we can walk through the project together to see exactly what needs to be done and what the expectations are. This way everyone is on the same page and then there won't be any surprises.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked with my brother who was a general contractor for two years before I started my own business.
