- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting to know our new customers is our first priority. We will always listen to what the customer wants to ensure that satisfaction in guaranteed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I process educational degrees of the following: BA in Secondary Ed, Minor in Health, MA in Higher Ed, and finishing up a Ed.D in Higher Ed leadership. I also have supreme diversity and inclusion, Social justice training and manifest it with annual re-certification courses. I also obtained extensive course work in motivational speaking training, wellness coaching, that all concluded certifications.
