- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is designed to give the client the most for their money at every price point. I like packages because they showcase what clients have wanted in the past. I don't believe in nickel and diming clients for every little thing. My packages are priced very straightforward and I throw in lots of options and freebies too!!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet face to face with a new customer for an initial consultation free of charge. At this consultation I get more detailed information on what they are looking for, show samples of my work, and let them ask questions. Typically I follow up about a week later and if we have not already done so fill out any needed contracts.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have had over 80 hours of personal training from some of the industry's top wedding and portrait photographers to include Sal Cincotta and Bambi Cantrell. My training has been primarily through WPPI (Wedding and Portrait Photographers Industry) in the former of classroom instruction and hands on training.
