Karen has redesigned my website so that it provides a fresher, cleaner look. The other company I was using did not meet my expectations in design or hosting. By going with Karen's services I have a newly designed website and am saving money on hosting and IDX. I would highly recommend Karen and PPwix. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We offer hourly and project based pricing. Most full website developments are a package pricing and all inclusive with SEO and Mobile capability included. We also have package pricing for organic SEO jobs depending on complexity of service. These services are up front payment. Website maintenance, updating, addons are generally hourly based. These service invoices are due upon completion.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Step 1: We require up front payment to get on our calendar but we guarantee our work. We are very busy and this lets us know you are serious about your project. Step 2: Consultation to find out exactly what your needs are. This includes structure, colors, marketing, etc. Step 3: Production Step 4: Site review for direction, changes, additions etc Step 5: Content Addition Step 6: Client review of site Step 7: Organic SEO, Mobile Capability, and Testing Step 8: Launch
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have over 25 years of website development and custom application development experience. I work with most languages and most platforms.
