- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am currently finishing my degree in Food Science and Nutrition (MAY 2016!) , and I am classically trained in both pastry and hot cuisine in the culinary arts. I am also ServSafe and TopShelf certified.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I love food. I started working in food when I was 16, I ended up going to college for chemistry and them culinary arts. I'm now finishing a BS in Food Science and Nutrition. For me, there wasn't another option than food.... do what you love.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have done teaching, both privately and in a culinary school setting, I've worked with brides and grooms, parents for birthdays, full service catering, and recently I have started breaking into private chef work.
