- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We always work with budgets to the best of our ability! Deposit and signing of contract is required in order to book us and be placed on the calendar. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks prior to your event. If you are out of state, we will always arrive 1 or 2 days prior to your event and will stay 1 day after.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Getting to know you and learn more about your event and your budget. 2. Develop a plan of services needed to stay within range of your budget. 3. Discuss possible factors to make your event possible. 4. Review, accept or decline. 5. Pay deposit and sign contract 6. Communicate weekly for updates on your event. 7. 2 weeks prior to the event, the remaining balance is due. 8. YOUR EVENT! .. A SUCCESS!
