Introduction: My philosophy on training is to first obtain a working knowledge of my client's body and mind. I take an holistic approach to training each individual by targeting their mental and physical weaknesses and enhancing their strengths. I also integrate a progressional nutrition regime with every stage of my training program because the body needs certain nutrients at specific times of the day in order to work efficiently and maximize my client's training efforts. It is essential to obtain a balance in nutrition, fitness, and lifestyle. I love being able to motivate individuals in achieving their lifestyle goals and aspirations. I feel my purpose on this Earth is to help people and this job gives me the platform to do that. It is such an rewarding aspect as a trainer and nutritionist to connect with another person, assist them in finding their strengths and weaknesses, and finally recreating their self-esteem, health status, and outlook on Life.

I started working with Charles after he helped transform my wife. She went from a unhealthy 225 lbs to a healthy 170 lbs. she never felt better. She now has the knowledge of great foods to eat and how to prepare them and exercises to keep the weight off. I hired charles to do the complete opposite with my tranformation. I have aways been a athlete and active in the gym but wanted help with a few things: one was putting on healthy weight and give me more creative exercises for muscle confusion. After one month I went from 140 lbs to 150 lbs. i felt healthy, Strong, and had the knolwedge to countine on my own. I think he is a great personal trainer and he brings professionalism, knowledge, motivation, and dedication, and even a friendship to the table. You will need to bring the same if serious about your transformation. I give hime 5 stars and thats hard to get from a former Marine. LOL SEMPER Fi

After doing his own research and contacting several trainers, my 12 year old soccer playing son asked us to hire Charles to train him to get stronger and more fit for playing soccer. He is small for his size, plays travel soccer and really wanted to get stronger to reduce his number of injuries. With a heavy duty soccer schedule we were only able to fit in about 1 1/2 hours (2 sessions) of training per week. Charles is always on time and very professional, but what impressed me the most is how Charles goes above and beyond these one on one training sessions. He researched diet and nutrition for young soccer players and gave us some helpful information. He attends my son's practices, games and try-outs whenever he can to see him in action. He designs simple work-outs on a weekly basis that my son could do at home on days he does not train with Charles (always incorporating rest days before games). And whenever we travel he looks up the hotel we are staying at and their gym facilities and designs a work out program for the time that we are away. We have been so impressed with Charles' dedication to my son's success, and my son's progress with him in a short amount of time (5% increase in muscle mass after the first few months).....not to mention, he is a really nice guy. I can't think of anything that could be improved, except for our own personal convenience...we wish he was a little closer to where we lived, or that he could train him at the gym that is closer to our house. I don't think we could find a more dedicated personal trainer anywhere!

So first contacted charles in Aug last year initially it was for advise on transitioning to a vegan eating plan. I also had goals to loose weight but doing it the healthy way as a vegan. After having a very professional and informative skype session i felt very confident in asking charles to be my online coach as i was based in australia and charles been located in the usa. During the time charles was my online coach i learnt so much about food, exercise, self love , self respect and self belief. I thoroughly enjoyed our weekly skype meetings. It was an opportunity to express ayany comcerns, difficulties and to celebrate achivachievements. If i ever needed to speak with charles before our scheduled skype meeting i knew charles was always approachabeable before hand. I loved the weekly nutritional plans that were emailed through this way it enabled me to prepare my meals for the week. I found charles to be very professiona , extremely knowledgeable , experienced in many areas, and very approachable. For anyone seeking advise on nutrition, excercise and much more i would highly reccomend charles parker.

Charles is a true professional. He knows how to motivate and allowed me to learn myself. His workout and Nutrition Program was designed just me so I could meet my Fitness Goals in a timely manner. I would recommend him to anyone.
