- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing system varies depending on the project but we always keep it lower then the other guys. Just ask us pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically what we like to do is discuss what the issue is, we then explain to the our customer what needs to be done to fix the computer and pricing. If the customer is ready to go we schedule a time and place to meet or we will even come to you and fix your computer.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been working with computers since I was old enough to talk. My first computer ran Windows 95 under the old MS-DOS system. Fun times. Ever since I have been hooked and always will be.
