- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Fees listed are for in-person notarizations. A small travel fee is added for me to meet you outside of my area.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For in person notarizations, we will coordinate a date and time to meet t your preferred location. Very quick and easy process, should take no longer than 5-10 minutes. Feel free to schedule some time on my calendar linked above. Online notarizations are the more convenient option and here is a summary of how that would work: I will send you a link to the notarization platform and you and I will meet virtually in an audio/video session I will confirm your identity and describes the next steps. You fill in the required information and sign your document electronically. After this, I will attach a digital notarization seal and, if necessary, a notarization certificate. Once the notarization is complete, I will close the virtual session. The notarized document is available to you immediately afterward and your payment can be paid directly to me via Zelle, Venmo, etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 12 years of accounting experience as an auditor and in the private sector as a deputy controller in financial services, and am a licensed TN & GA CPA and TN Notary.
