FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When getting into a new project I like to know everything I can about it. What is the market? Who are the competitors? Is it an established or new business? There are dozens of questions like these which can crop up. I feel that the more knowledge of the project I have, the better the outcome will be.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an associates degree in Graphic Design from Chattanooga State and a BFA of Industrial Design from the Savannah College of Art and Design
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Growing up my parents had a lot of antique furniture, drove older cars, and gave us fewer, but nicer, presents on birthdays and holidays. As I got older I developed a discerning taste for well made things. By the time I was a teenager I could spot a piece of junk a mile away. When I learned there was a profession in which I could learn how to make things, I knew it was for me. I wanted to make great things that people love to use and last a reasonable amount of time.
