- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Your needs and wishes come first, not mine. That’s why I don’t accept commissions or back payments from banks, mutual funds or insurance companies. Is your current advisor accepting commissions? Are they truly putting your needs and wishes first?
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we learn about you and your unique situation. We then give you an idea of how we can help solve or improve the challenges you may have. If it’s a good fit we begin to go deeper by organizing and strategizing a plan designed specifically for you. Then we mobilize by putting the plan and investments in place. Monitoring our plans and investments while making tweaks when needed.
