- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer will call or text to set up an inspection time. At the appointment, if there are any deficiencies, we will let the customer know & show them pictures of the deficiencies. Also we will let them know what it will cost to fix.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All our technicians are well trained and have performed every type of fireplace & chimney repairs, as well as cleanings & level I & level II inspections.
