I hired Mario for painting and deep house cleaning for a rental property. Painting was great, prices were good and work was professional. However, I should not have hired him for deep house cleaning. The cleaning was poor; the microwave, fridge, area above the fridge, areas behind the washer and dryer etc were left dusty, dirty and with oil residue. I contacted him. He was unapologetic about it; he said he would come back to clean areas of concern but didn’t hear back from him. So here is why I will say. He’s a great painter, respectful of your space and time so hire him for that! But hold your cleaning to the professionals if you want great work.
