They left their trash in our driveway for three weeks after promising to be back "in a few days" to haul it away. We had to bug them to come take care of it, and then, instead of hauling it away, they put most of it into our trashcan--not what they said they would do. We also had to call them back out because they damaged our roof in the process. Now, the same area is leaking. My husband looked at it, and it is leaking because they did a poor job repairing it--they didn't even caulk the area on our chimney. We have tried to call them to discuss their "five year leak-free guarantee," they won't answer calls, return calls, answer Facebook messages, or respond to emails. Regardless as to what their website says, this company does NOT have your back.

Kevin came out and looked at my roof and decided that I had hail damage. He worked with my insurance company which agreed and my roof was scheduled. His crew arrived early one morning, tore off my roof and had it installed the same day. The area was as clean if not cleaner than before they arrived. They ran a magnet over the entire yard to insure there were no nails left behind. They were professional in every aspect and I would recommend them if your looking for a roof. I have just hired them to replace all siding on my house, can't wait to see the finished product.

We had 2 companies to give an estimate for roof replacement and repairs. Before talking with the CEO, Kevin, We had decided to go with another contractor. We changed our plans because Kevin was not to busy to come back by the house and answer questions, and return telephone calls. He showed that the company was not only interested in making money, but also making sure that the potential customer was going to be happy. The professionalism was exceptional and the services (repairs) were beyond our expectation. As a result of our satisfaction, and the great work of the company, I referred others.

I sent Kevin a nasty email on 2/18, but then I felt guilty and sent an apology (in case his mother really was in the hospital; if she wasn't, then that's a horrible thing to lie about). Now I'm back to being furious.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    What is your warranty? We have a 5 year no leak warranty on all new roof installs. Do you have insurance? All of our crews are covered under workers comp and we have $1,000,000.00 general liability insurance. What type of materials do you use? We only use top quality name brand materials such as Owens Corning and GAF. How long with the roof replacement take? We typically can get get a roof done in 1-2 days. How much does it cost? This obviously varies but for a storm damaged roof which is what we are seeing mostly here in Chattanooga, the insurance companies usually covers all of the costs.
