Wow, so happy with the choice of Dan Parcell to photograph my 7 month old grandson!! Everything about Dan was OUTSTANDING! He took amazing photos that were able to capture all the nuances of my sweet little boy’s personality. He responded quickly to my messages, arrived early for the shoot, and delivered many, many wonderful pictures in a rapid turn around. I will be reaching out to Dan for future photography needs.

Engagement Photography
Dan photographed my surprise proposal and I could not have asked for a better experience. With limited notice he offered a great price, was very responsive, and suggested the best time of evening to get the shots I was looking for. Dan even scoped out the location the night before to recommend the best area that would be least crowded. He was extremely helpful in coordinating my plans and my girlfriend (now fiancé) had no clue he was there to take photos of us as we got into position. During the proposal, he was extremely professional and after getting a few candid shots, he encouraged us to enjoy the moment with each other before taking the remaining photos. The finalized shots turned out perfect and we could not have asked for a better experience! We could not be more appreciate of how Dan handled the situation and should we require a photographer in the future, he will absolutely be our top “pic”! Thanks for everything Dan!

Dan was super pleasant to talk to and really helped me understand what exactly i was looking for. Im so glad i reached out to him. He definitely was professional and respectful about what i wanted. It was better to be realistic about the situation than get my hopes up. But I wish him the best of luck!

FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I have a standard rate. If the client wants prints, or extra photoshop edits. Then we adjust the price accordingly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I know everyone loves to email and get numbers fast, but if you want to make sure it's the fit a phone call or even grabbing a cup coffee is a great way to start. Consults are free and it's great time to go over what the clients wants and what we can create. Then I like to talk about where and when they would like to do work. During the consultation we will go over everything. I like to create a fun and relaxed environment. I understand getting your photo taken can sometimes be awkward and I like to do my best making sure my clients are comfortable. We can play music , take breaks, chat and just have fun.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I'm self taught through trial and error. I get inspired by the people I meet and other photographers. I've taken thousands of photos and I'll critique each one to find what I'm looking for out of shot.
