- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All services show a price of $89. This covers the first hour on-site regardless of how many technicians are present. We bill $45 per half hour after that.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After confirming that our schedule and pricing structure is acceptable the most important part of the process is getting more information about the task at hand. Through pictures, messaging, or a phone call we want to get the best idea possible for what we're going to be doing. This allows us to prepare better and provide you with the most accurate estimate possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over fifteen years of experience in residential technology. Audio/Video, Networking, and Security. Actively serving in the Tennessee Air National Guard as a cable and antenna systems technician has really helped broaden my skills as well.
