I contracted with Smith Construction and Home Maintenance to overlay the popcorn ceilings in the master bedroom and two bathrooms upstairs and repair loose drywall tape from where the condo had settled and they painted the ceilings and rooms as well. They finished yesterday and did a phenomenal job; The bedroom ceiling was tricky as it slopes from 12' to 7 but I can say honestly it was the best money I've spent!! The crew arrived on time, they worked quickly and cleanly and didn't even stop for lunch and the results are outstanding. I am impressed with their workmanship and professionalism and can't say how immensely pleased I am with the results.

Tyler and his guys did great work for a good price. The only reason this is 4 instead of 5 stars is because they had to reschedule it a couple times. But ultimately, they got it done and did it well. They replaced a window that had a rotten frame, patched up some rotted out bits of soffit board, did a few minor repairs in my kitchen and bathrooms, ripped out and replaced some old landscaping timbers that edge my parking area (which sounds like it was a bear to do), and limbed some walnut trees. I would recommend these guys to anybody and I'd hire them again myself.

Needed a support beam put in our laundry room, and they did a great job with the installation and wrapping it to make it look good. I asked them about a couple of little odd jobs we had and they took care of them while they were here as well. We will definitely be using them again for other home project needs.

Chris is an expert in multiple construction skills with many years of experience and knowledge of what and how multiple problems can be fixed. He and his crew are hard workers, honest, respectful, and desire to do an outstanding job no matter the project. They were a pleasure to have, showed up on time, and did exactly what they said they would even going the extra mile when situations came up in the process. On top of all the other projects, we decided to have them demolish our deck and rebuild it with composite wood and new railings as well. They did this in record breaking time and constructed it with strong supports and willingly gave suggestions that were helpful in cost and upkeep. All was completed in record breaking time and is absolutely beautifully crafted far beyond what we expected. We absolutely have great faith in their work and skills and look forward to their help in upcoming projects. You will not be disappointed in the quality or the process. They are really trustworthy and a blessing to work with. Highly recommend!
