Latest Review: I am writing such a long review, because I think information is important, and I would not take the time out of my busy day if I didn't think it was true. I worked with Ryan starting in 2014, after I had a kid. I was over 40, and had been losing weight prior to my pregnancy. Ryan helped me continue to reach my goals and motivation to continue to strengthen and to monitor my diet. He pushed me as far as I was willing to go. In the 18 months to two years I worked with him, I never experienced an injury. I also witnessed Ryan in the gym working toward his own goals, and he worked as hard or harder than I did in my sessions with him. Not only did I get stronger, which improved other areas of my life (i.e..interacting with my toddler, moving furniture, packing groceries into the house, kayaking, etc.), I was lower in weight than I had been since my early 20s (prior to doing the gym thing, I ran marathons). In the process of moving, I had to find a new gym, and it was very difficult. In doing so, I was able to reach deep down and find that motivation, and realized that I was able to carry on independently what Ryan taught me in the gym. From a health perspective, I was going to my doctor, and she asked what I did, because my health was perfect. I had labs done, and my blood work was so good, it was where most 20 year olds are. When I transferred, and followed up with a new PCP, he said the same, that I would not need to come back unless I was ill. I have also witnessed Ryan with youth, and he will accommodate their sport activity or interests. I only wish my child was old enough to begin working with him. He was well liked by everyone!
