If I could give 10 stars I would. Christian and his team were a pleasure to work with when we needed some updated deck work done. Through the process it became more of a complete demo and redo because of the condition of the wood used previously. Christian explained everything that needed to be done the right way this time and was able to get it done in less than a week. Such a great experience!

Christian came out to my home quickly and was able to give me two estimates and walk me through several options since I was deciding between building a new deck or replacing the old deck with a concrete patio. Christian was very kind and answered all my questions and sent me an updated estimate after I wanted to add to the size of the patio. He was also able to get the job scheduled much quicker than I anticipated. The crew took all the necessary precautions while pouring the concrete in colder weather and was very communicative through out the process and even sent pictures to update me while I was away from the house at work. I would use SC Construction again for any other big projects I have around the house!

If you're looking for a deck restoration or rebuild, SC is your guy. I originally hired him to replace a couple of rotted deck boards and we went under contract. But once he got started, he paused the work because he found even more rot in the foundational beams. He told me he could patch it up, but recommended replacing the entire deck, since it was only a matter of time before more areas would need repairs. I decided to go ahead and replace the whole deck and I couldn't be happier with the results. The new deck looks a million times better than before. I wish I had shown you what it looked like before but it was BAD. Throughout the whole process, I was super impressed with his communication, professionalism, and the final product. I asked a TON of questions, and he answered every single one quickly and professionally. He's a very trustworthy individual who works with you every step of the way, listens to your requests, and offers his own recommendations. Genuinely a good guy who runs a trusted business!

We needed someone to replace a deck joist and all the deck boards. Christian reached out to us almost immediately and came by to give us an estimate and explain what needed to be done to maintain the structure and function of our deck.
