TeamLLC does good work when they you can get the management and team members to work and talk to each other. I needed 1/6 of my leaking roof repaired and the same for a ceiling which was under it. Also a leakey window was repaired to include a Ceiling Fan rehung. And it cost me for a total almost $5000.00 since I could not use insurance to pay for it. I feel that if I was able to get another quote which I could not get it moght have been alot cheeper. I think teamllc does good work but are very expensive for Non insurance projects. ( The workers also ask for trash bags and need to use other household items. There are times they use the customers personal stuff without permission.)
