FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is designed to be fair, transparent, and reflective of the quality, safety, and reliability we provide. Upfront, Transparent Estimates We provide clear estimates before work begins. Any changes to scope or pricing are discussed and approved in advance—no surprises. Diagnostic & Service Fees A standard diagnostic fee of $85 will be applied anytime we send a technician out with the tools, skills, and abilities to perform repairs. This covers technician travel time, system evaluation, and professional recommendations. If we send an estimator out to gather information, create a scope of work, and generate a quote, we do not charge for this work. Flat-Rate vs. Time & Material Pricing Most residential services are priced using flat-rate pricing for clarity and predictability. Larger or commercial projects may be priced as time and materials or by proposal. After-Hours & Emergency Services Emergency, after-hours, weekend, or holiday service will incur an $150 diagnostic fee, up from our standard of $85. All other charges will be billed at normal rates. Maintenance Plan Savings Customers enrolled in our DynaCare or DynaShield Memberships receive preferred scheduling, 10% discount on all repairs, and reduced diagnostic fees. Quality Over Shortcuts Our pricing reflects licensed technicians, proper materials, code-compliant work, and long-term solutions—not temporary fixes or cut corners. We strive on providing high quality work over simply attempting to be the cheapest shop in town.
