Tomas was very professional. We hired him to prep and paint a room, trim and doors. He also did some light carpentry work for us. He is very tidy, and we’ll use him for other projects.

If you need painting, Red Line is the company to call! Thomas is amazing and dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction. He came the next day to give a free estimate. He was patient and kind and answered every question. I originally just wanted the kitchen painted but the price was right and I had them paint 3 rooms, a foyer, and hallway! He fixed a large crack that ran from the top of the door to the ceiling. He even helped move the heavier pieces of furniture! I am so pleased with the work, I had him give me an estimate on the master bedroom & bathroom & a guest bath. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer discounts to elderly.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I get a notification of someone seeking my service I always reach out as soon as I can, typically it’s within an hour or less.
- We do a phone call where I introduce myself and the company, talk about my work experience, ask about customer’s needs.
- Clarify which rooms need to be repainted (dining, living room, kitchen, etc).
- Ask how many sq ft approximately.
- Always offer to come in to do the measurements and give a free estimate.
- Come out typically in the same day to give an estimate.
- Once we agree on the price and start date, I send out a contract to the customer’s email.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are in a process of getting licensed. We are insured and bonded but the licensure process takes a while for the board to review our application.
