In 1989 a very young age Owned properties little by little I started to educate myself until one day a Jewish man (RIP- Howard Padernacht) seen the designing of construction being build, he loved it ask me tons of questions everyday until one day he offered me to join his company as an Assistant & Right hand in all his Real Estate - Management functions.
