- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not have set pricing for any certain job. We bid based off of, mileage, obstructions such as homes, & power lines, customers financial situation, if they want the tree down or down and taken away. There are many factors we take into consideration.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We read books and rely in the internet for some of it. We belong to several tree groups where we ask questions, bounce ideas and learn about new techniques and equipment.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We started out helping friends and family that could not afford tree work. Word of mouth quickly spread and with each person we heard stories of companies charging $1800 for one tree. Laying down a tree on their home or car and just leaving. Finishing a job and taking the customers property as they go. When the tornadoes devastated the Tn valley 5 yrs ago, tree companies were charging $3000 per tree rather they we 80 ft tall or 5 ft tall. It broke our hearts hearing about people taking advantage of the elderly, refusing to help because they were financially unable to pay their outrageous prices, or doing half they job and leaving. We will not do that. We are a company that has compassion and heart. We care about people and consider our customers friends.
