I called on three companies from thumtack to get estimates. He was the first to arrive. Told me he had to do a few things before he could give me an estimate so i left it alone. Came back 5 min later and said job was complete. Wanted paid. Was more than original discussion. Only wanted cash, so i wasn't prepared thinking this was just an estimate. Job done. No leak. Could have communicated better.
