We use DKDouglas Consulting for their Guard Dog Worry-Free Security Solution and Office 365. Working with them is very simple, when we have to add or remove a license we just send them an email and they get it done, our licensing, support and security solutions are billed once a month from them so we only have to deal with one company. When we need support, it is so simple to email their support team or call them directly! They are very responsive, to our requests and we love to work with them.

Our non-profit got setup with the right solutions at the right costs thanks to DKDouglas Consulting's due diligence and understanding of what is available for non-profit organizations. They helped us get setup with Office 365 with Charity licensing and then they donated their time to help get everything setup! They have also developed our website and provide hosting.

We charge by the hour. We do provide a discount to first time Thumbtack customers
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It depends on the project. But in general, we try not to just throw out a number to our customer. We like to meet first, understand your goals and what you need. We then provide a comprehensive quote broken down by line items so you can understand where your money is going.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We've done this all our lives. We have over 20 years of experience.
